‘Positive Ageing Week’
As part of ‘Positive Ageing Week’ (26th Sept – 2nd Oct) the Limerick Sports Partnership hosted an Older Adult Health and Physical Activity Seminar. The aim of this seminar was to promote clubs, activities and organisation that are available in Limerick to encourage men and women 50+ to get active and live a healthier lifestyle.
The seminar was held on Monday 26th September from 10.00am to 2pm in Thomond Park and included a number of speakers, exhibitors and demonstrations.
** Positive Ageing Week 26th Sept – 2nd Oct. It’s never too late to get active. Why not give some of the activities a try during Positive Ageing Week. Join the LSP launch the week with a Health & Wellness Seminar in Thomond Park on Mon 26th Sept from 10-2pm. Seminar includes guest speakers, come and try activities, exhibitions and music by the Rams. All are welcome**
